Just 1 minute ago, I experience a strong wind just like typhoon at my house!
The wind outside is so strong that everything is flying in the air and it is so scary. The sudden strong wind is a sign of a bad omen? The wind seems like typhoon that I experience in Hong Kong last year. But now that the wind stopped, the air is still again.
I don't remember seeing this sign around my area or rather in Singapore in the past.
What have caused the strong wind? Are we going to experience typhoon or any natural disaster in Singapore soon? What has made our mother earth so angry? I hope the news tomorrow will clear all my doubts.

Long weekend burnt
I am super happy because I got a new laptop last Friday at the Megatex show hosted by Courts. I wanted to get a new laptop quite some time ago because the old one I had is too slow. Well, that was 4 years old already. I got it when I went Poly so it should be scrap. Though I did feel a pinch because that was quite expensive.
The laptop I got now was only $899! This was the cheapest among all that I saw. It is not the Atom computer which is small and light-weight. I wanted a big screen and most important, cheap. Of coz, I didn't get the pink laptop which I wanted but since it is cheap and for normal usage, this should be fine.
We reached Expo at about 9.45am and had our breakfast there. After getting my laptop, we went John Little sale at expo as well since I'm already there and I bought some items as well. I spent about $1,200 on Friday itself and I don't really wish to see my credit card bill next month. How I wish I can strike Toto or 4D for consecutive 4 weeks. Just a bit will be enough.
On Friday, my family took the very first family photo as well. As in, taken in studio. My 2nd sister got free family photo shoot because of her wedding package that she signed up and we went to take the photo on Friday. It was super tired trying to hold and smile for such long time. We took about 10 photos and my legs were aching. I can't imagine taking my wedding photos in future.
So my Friday was a long day and Saturday, my family went Qing Ming. We came back in the afternoon to play Mahjong. We've finally invested in a proper mahjong table and found a nice spot to play mahjong. The game ended at about 2am and we were all so tired after that. Today, we prayed at home again and woke up early to cook etc. My long weekend is burnt just like that...
