I received an email saying about the danger being in JB.
There's this guy being hacked by a parang and had 19 stitches. This is rather gross I must say but this made me realise a lot of things. There's so many things we got to beware of.
This is posted by someone else: Attacked By Parang In Johor Bahru
After i read this post, I want to say something also. Its about my freaking trip to Bintan. We actually went to the supermarket on the 2nd day. Yeah, I know you must be like - duh... go supermarket for what?
We went there to shop for tidbits and got some alcoholic drinks for the games that night.
Okay... back to that topic. I wandered off looking for nice food...(I know i should not wander off by myself but the rest of them walked too fast before i finish looking at the racks of food).
So, there's this male staff. He walked towards my direction and of cos, I'm walking in the opposite direction. Don't know he cocked eyes or purposely cos the pathway is so damn broad for an elephant to cross and he had the cheek to walk almost bumping me, luckily i shoooed away.
That's because I noticed somethings was wrong when he walked towards me and gave me an eerie feeling that made my goosebumps and hairs stand.
I can't conclude much about this. I can't sue him for harrassing cos I know it will be damn stupid to do that. But I just wanna stress that don't ever wander off by yourself in places you don't know. And ladies, please beware. Another thing I wanna stress about...
We went to one of the restaurant for our seafood. Which apparantly the male toilet can see what is going on in the female toilet! Our male friends told us about it when we went to the toilet. Freaking!
From the ladies' washroom, the glass is blur. But according to our male friends that went with us, they claimed that they can see us! But the area they saw was the basin area. If we were to adjust our bra or change outside the cubicle, maybe they'll be able to see that. That's rather scary isn't it. To think that there's such a toilet that ladies are at disadvantage.
I think I might not want to go Bintan again because I'll die living there again and there are so many things I'm so displeased of.
The service is slow, the sales person of the shops have attitude. Talking about shops. Some of the shops do not have price tags. I hate shops without price tags! Thinking we are Singaporeans or rather tourists, they chop us. Vomit blood... the things cost the same as Singapore. If not because I wanna finish spending my $$, I would never ever want to get the things. I might as well go Bugis village or Far East for a shopping spree.
There's a lot of mozzies too... Anyone going over, remember to bring mosquito patch which you paste on your body so that mozzies won't come near you...(see my golf pic. the blue round thing on my right is the mosquito patch). And also get some mosquito incense... I duno what it call. Just the coil thing which you can burn in the room cos even with aircon, the mosquitoes can still survive. The mozzies there are commandos. Big and huge.
Another trip might be in February or March... Anyone joining? Might be going Genting for holiday. Its the only place the weather is nice and I can sleep all I want without my mom's nagging (provided she don't go). And I want Baskin Robbin Ice-Cream!
