Citibank

Just called up Citibank to check on the status of my application for the credit card and through their telephone system which requires me to key my IC number, it says that I did not make any application. So, I transferred my call to a officer and after some checking, she says that they have received my application on 6th August.

This is super funny because I called on 10th August twice and both officers says that they can't find my application. I called twice because one says that she will get back to me but in fact, after 2 hours of waiting, she did not call me back. Thus, I called again and this girl ask me to fax it over.

Today I called and mysteriously, they say that they receive my application. What is this? Super irritating to receive such a service. I really hope they are able to do something to their system or whatsoever.
