January 1 and only post

I didn't update my blog for like 1 month?!

I'm getting lazy to update my life because well, I don't know what happen too. Maybe I'm too engrossed in my DS-lite because I got lots of games to play with right now. I got excited easily when there's game to play. From cooking mama to harvest moon to phoenix wright to brain age to focus training. There are still lots of games to be mention but I think I like to play these few games only. Let me know of any nice games, okay?

I don't really know what I've been doing for this whole month but from the last post, I only know that I lose $ during mahjong and I forgotten how much I lose. I'm sure is more than $50 because I remember it clearly that I lose quite terribly that very night and Darling won my money.

There are a few birthday celebrations this month.

On the 4th, Bernard's 20th birthday, went NYNY for dinner and got a cake for him as a surprise.

12th, Foong Yee's 21st birthday and we went to her house for buffet dinner.

19th, Guo Liang's birthday but we celebrated on the 11th at Dragonfly.

26th, Eileen Choo's birthday celebration at Aloha Changi. Her actual bday is on 28 (that's 1 month before mine).

There are 4 birthday celebrations in January and almost every week I'm busy thinking of what present to get. Not to mention the hole in my pocket. But luckily CNY is round the corner which is next week!

Well, I attended the company's dinner on 11th at Mandarin Oriental. We had international buffet at MELT which is situated in the hotel. I can only say the food is not bad but expensive. If I remember each pax cost $70++ and we ordered fruit juices again and again and also cocktail and some liquor. Can you imagine how much a glass of so-called fresh fruit juice cost? $15++! I think I drank 3 glasses only. I also ordered a glass of cocktail. I curb myself from ordering too many drinks before my MD faint when he sees the bill because others are ordering wine, beer etc.

Anyway, after the dinner which ended at about 10 plus, one of my colleague sent me to Dragonfly because the DF friends wanted to celebrate Guo Liang's birthday on that day. I think my colleague is super nice. He went to school to pick me up and drove me to my clubbing place when he could just drop me at nearby MRT or maybe dump me by the roadside.

I think I love the people in the company I worked at so much that I agreed to go back after I graduate. I can't believe that I actually agreed to the benefits and salary they will be giving me without going through any other interviews which whoknows might be better than this offer. But it might be a good thing because I don't like to go for interviews. I went through an interview at this company before and hopefully I won't need to go through another one. Can you imagine having an interview with colleagues you already know and already know the job scope and all those things. I really wonder what the hell we will be talking about if there is another interview. Maybe chit-chatting session it will be. Haha... I'm thinking too much. But well, I can only say that I'm already fortunate that I already got a job before I graduate because there are people bound to be jobless. So I shan't be picky about it.

Tomorrow I will be going shopping with my dear sister for my CNY clothes. Can you imagine that I've not get any of my CNY clothes yet? I think I'm afraid to buy clothes as well because I've grown fat and I can't imagine getting bigger size clothes. I need to work hard!
